Investiture Ceremony - 23rd June 2018

"Leadership is the capacity to translate vision into reality"

The school held the Investiture Ceremony with great enthusiasm. It was a solemn occasion where our young students were all prepared to take up the responsibility of leadership and take over their duties as captains. Dr. Oscar Nigli was the chief guest. Sister did the honours and congratulated our young leaders. The students of STD IX A presented a reflection on the importance of leadership. The reflection insisted on an important message, “Pray not for a lighter load but for strong shoulders’.

Dr. Oscar Nigli was our Chief Guest. He is at present the Senior National Vice President and governing body member of All India Anglo-Indian Association looking after the interests of 16 branches in Tamil Nadu and he is also the Vice President of Madras Christian federation. Dr. Nigli served as nominated MLA for Tamil Nadu representing the Anglo Indian Community for a period of two terms. He was the professor in the department of Economics at Loyala College.

Our Correspondent Rev. Sr. Vimala, blessed and gave away the badges to the captains along with Dr. Oscar Nigli.
